This location has removed curbside service as an option. We did pick up inside with mobile ordering. We followed the app... instructions and arrived at the restaurant and clicked I'm here. We waited as the app said until we would get a notice that thefood was ready. We waited and waited almost 25 minutes and no notice. Went inside to the pickup area and our order was sittingthere and had been for a while. Needless to say, it was not hot but at least not completely cold. I'm really disappointed thatthey took away the curbside feature. It seems that their new system is not working well based on the long lines I saw at thedrive thru also and the people waiting in cars to get food from the drive thru. I always order ahead and wait at a table for it instead of placing my order at the counter. It's just easier and faster for all... parties involved. The only line I've seen is for the mobile orders, and even then it's just a few people. Food and employees areexcellent and I've never had a problem. Read more
First off, it's a franchise, so the food should be of consistently good quality. My girlfriend ordered a chicken sandwich combo... & an additional chicken sandwich for her daughter around 5 PM Saturday. The waffle fries were good, but soggy. My girlfriendsaid she and her daughter enjoyed the chicken sandwiches. I graciously rated the place a three, but if the product is ofinconsistent quality, the rating should be a 1. Always the great people, quality and consistency. The drive thru is fast and structured. Always has the items I look for:... grilled chicken club and nuggets with Polynesian sauce. I have not yet been into the restaurant so I don't want to make anyassumptions. Read more
Staff are exceptionally respectful of customers. Food is top rate for a fast food establishment. Speed of ordering and getting... food is second to none. Not to mention how good it tastes. Very good place to eat if in a hurry for a quick meal. Read more
I was excited to see the indoor dining area back open. The restaurant was clean and decorations were appealing to the eye.... Friendly staff. Food was reasonable in price and delicious. Although it was very busy with traffic in drive thru, inside wasmore calm. There was still plenty of parking. The best part other than the tasty food... Was the automatic trash can! This Chick-fil-A is always jumpin! Always busy but fast, friendly, and accurate. They've never gotten an order wrong here. The... food is always hot, crispy, perfectly oily fried chicken breast- I prefer the spicy, hubby likes the regular one. I do not likeChick-fil-A fries but my husband, Oleg does. I love the ketchup packets here- they're the big ones you can dip into. And it'sHeinz ketchup! They have really good fresh brewed iced tea with lemon. I get unsweetened but I think they have sweet tea, aswell. This Ross one is my favourite location. It's really easy to get in and out of the parking lot, too. Even if you are makinga left. Read more
i love chick fil a but they forgot the entire piece of grilled chicken on my number 7
