My go-to breakfast place. Typically fast. Everything looks clean. And their breakfast bagel sandwiches are great!
Always get good food here & staff is very nice. Only go there when I have a coupon so, I'm glad they accept them. Some other... food stores offer coupons but then they're only good at participating stores. I don't go for that, if you're a franchise ownerget w/the program. I don't want to have to worry which stores accept them, they all should if you want the business. Read more

1) can't get through on the phone. No one picks up. Sometimes if I just pop in they don't have enough of the bagels I want, so... for a long time I called them in advance and would stop by after they made more. Now they won't pick up the phone so it's agamble to stop by. 2) at first I thought they miscounted, but the past several times I've ordered a "baker's dozen", I've onlyreceived 12. I'm not going to dig through the bag in the store to check, and I'm sure they count on that, because after so manymissing 13th bagels it's hard to believe that it is not intentional. The bagels taste better than their parent cos otherofferings (Einstein and Panera) but they should staff enough to answer phones and shouldn't be shorting people a portion oftheir primary order to save the small amount of money a single bagel costs to produce. Purchased a dozen of bagels a few days ago. They just wasnt fresh enough. The plain ones were ok, but the others seemed very... dry. I've been eating bagels for years and on occasion when I pass this one will get a dozen. Mostly purchase at the downtownlocation. I think I will just get them in town. The parking is just awful. People parking all over the place. On a good note thepeople were very nice. Read more
EVERYONE is super nice and cordial and take great care of their customers but Tubby Tubby Tubby. Listen here folks, not only was... the bagel, turkey chipotle, heavenly but the angel that built it is an exceptional human being. Now, I don't say this lightlybut, Tubby, give this woman a raise or so much praise that she will, literally, say "stop". Although it was a short process sheput so much care and love into building of my sandwich that I tasted it. I highly recommend this location.
