We eat at Golden Chick at least once a week. The quality is very consistent. Plus they have Big Red!
Food is amazing. Always fresh, tender and delicious chicken. Service it great for the most part, but have had some shoddy spots... of waiting upwards of 20 minutes for an order. Atmosphere would be decent, but is ruined by the 4 TVs displaying Two newschannels, a funny Internet video channel, and a golden chick history channel all at the same time. Read more
Really good chicken sandwich ????. Great customer service. Food takes a while to come out but its fresh.
I use to get the chicken tender salad it came with three tenders not just two ! I paid extra for additional piece of chicken to... go in my salad... two is not enough for a salad and I know everything is going up but $10 for a salad is ridiculous... Went through drive thru, first time ever at a Golden Chick. Was impressed. Fried chicken was perfect, chicken was moist but not... greasy, rolls are spot on & the mashed potatoes were great. No complaints, will be back! Read more
We walked in to two employees eating in the dining rm, we waited several mins before what I assume was the mgr who stomped over... & took our order. I went to fill my drink & told him they was out of Dr. Pepper. He ignored me & walked off. So basically Ididn't get a drink I payed for No apology, nothing. We waited for our order only to get home to find a chick sandwich whichconsisted of two chick strips smashed between two smashed rolls. The manager acted as if he was upset because we interrupted hismeal. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Read more
Got the family bundle, so typically I expect a slow wait time. They however were very prompt and accurate! Food tasted quite... nice and after a family of 9 finished eating we were left with only 1 piece of chicken! Terrific! Read more
