Bun was to hard to eat! Filling were skimpy.
Tried using a coupon and they charged my card the full amount without telling me.
Only one employee working so the drive thru was closed. No sign, just sat there until I decided to go in and see if anyone was... home. They toasted my sub even tho I said not to toast it. Took a half hour to get a 12 dollar sandwich made wrong. Read more
Out of the two subways in town, our experience with Kaylee at this N broadway location has been a breath of fresh air. She was... sweet, personable and definitely made our experience wonderful. We live just a few blocks away from the other subway locationbut based on the customer service we received at this store we will drive to the north side every time! Read more
Drive through is SO slow! It doesn't help that the speaker ordering system has been broken for some time now. It's not because... they're short staffed, I saw at least 3 employees. But one person is taking the orders at the window by hand, making the order,then taking payment. It looks like that same person is taking care of the lobby guests as well. Read more

They wouldn't chop up my salad! Also, they were out of 4 of the types of sandwiches, they only had two kinds of cookies, and... worst of all, the employees were not properly washing their hands. I counted two seconds of hand washing. They also don't allowrefills. Whoever owns this franchise is doing a terrible job. Read more
