( 22 ) I gave it 4 out of 5 Star because I wish that it had more coffee flavors or options but other then that perfect place for... both Kids and Adults it has alot of cool art and a chessboard for playing 9.9/10 will come again! ( 10 / 10 / 22 ) Really goodand mostly same as last time just a bit of a Different layout. I got a Iced Carmel and it was really sweet witch for me, aPerson who likes Sweet stuff, is really nice, My Mother got a Pumpkin Spice and she said it's Good too, Staff were really,really nice and definitely deserves raises if there not payed above the average wage or are payed minimum wage, They have reallygood art and a really good building area, I'm guessing it's a favorite among Cops around here because every time I come herethere's always at minimum 1 cop here in the late morning. Also if coffee isn't your 'Cup of Tea' they also sell a bunch ofother stuff like soap! Lovely coffee shop featuring lots of cool local art, soaps, crystals and even plants for sale! We stopped by for caffeine and... WiFi, but I ended up looking at all the goodies and shopping instead of working. What a wonderful coffee shop. Great atmosphere, great service, and amazing coffee and crepes! We spent a nice slow morning... enjoying time with friends. It is a really neat building! I used to enjoy coming here. Really liked their crepes and signature drinks. But as other reviewers have mentioned, their... ordering and pickup process is not the best. The last time I visited Root I used their online ordering system to place my order.It was a Saturday morning and they were busy as expected. My friend and I waited over 30 minutes and never heard our ordercalled. When we went to the counter to ask they didn't show our orders in the que and it was determined that someone else tookours. We then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to make ours. They didn't charge us again, but it was frustrating havingto wait that long. They should put names on cups when taking the order like other coffee shops do to cut out the confusion. Ihaven't been back since this incident and not sure if I ever will. Read more

This place was seriously amazing. The building is really neat, loved the tile floor and the tin ceilings! Staff was very nice... and helpful as we hadn't been in before. And then the crepes. SO good! We had the berry one and the French toast and they tastedas good as they looked! They're also a good size so you should be full when finished. Would definitely be a good atmosphere tohang out and study or read in as well if looking for a place like that. Make plans to stop in!
