Usually I enjoy my meal at Cafe Del Rio. The taco salad, tonight, was flavorless. I chose chicken as the meat. It was very dry &... no taste. The lettuce was a pretty packaged romaine mix with carrots rather than iceberg lettuce. And, the ranch dressing waswatered down. Not a pleasant experience. I was hungry, I ate it. I ordered the ribs and the waitress said she would have to check to see if they had them. They were fairly decent except a... little hard on a few spots. The place was nearly empty however it did not seem like we got much attention from the waitress. Iwould probably return again just to see if things were better during a busier time. Read more
Food was great! Service was slow and inattentive. It appeared they were letting a few servers go home early and the closers were... not up to the task of taking the rest of the customers for the evening. Although it was never worth a complaint it could havebeen better. Other than that fair prices and good food we will be back. Not sure why but Joplin Del Rio on Rangeline is betterin every way than Pittsburg location. Read more

Easy in and out, the restaurant was clean. We have been here 3 times, one was ok and the other two not so much. Today we ordered... a Taco Salad, beef and two soft tacos beef. The meat in both orders had little to no taste. My soft tacos were on Cold Flourtortillas that appeared to have just been pulled out of a bag from Wal-Mart. The Frijoles were decent with the rice havinglittle to no seasoning. We are giving the 3 instead of a two due to our server Javlin C who did an outstanding job. I wouldrecommend he find a different restaurant to work at that is busier as he would make a lot more with his work ethic. We mostlikely will not return. Read more
