Braum's is a huge favorite in my family. The sheer quality and care of their products are shown in their ice creams, soft... serves, burgers, milk, and meat products. Did you know that the Braum's restaurants are supplied by their own supply of cattleand farms?! Not only are their products delicious, but the PRICE is so much lower than your average chain. My wife and I usually love going to Braums for ice cream and a burger but our last trip ended after standing in the ice cream... line for ten minutes without anyone even acknowledging our presence. It was a very busy Friday night so I understand that weweren?t going to get immediate service. What caused us to walk out was the the person behind the counter looking right at us andthen asking the group behind us for their order. After starting their order he refused to even look in our direction and westood for a few more minutes without even being acknowledged. Walked out and went to Dairy Queen where could at least put in anorder. Don?t know how often we?ll be coming back now that school is back in session and they will be too busy to take our order.
