The food isn't as good as it used to be. The chicken was a little dry and the food was a little bland. Service was good. It was... a really busy night. Very disappointed! What I ordered had way too much Chimichurri on it. When the waiter brought out my food, he even commented on... how it was way too much and that they don?t normally put that much on. His comment after putting the food on the table in frontof me was Whoo that?s gonna be hot and walked away. Didn?t even offer to fix it. I tried to eat it but it was just awful. Not tomention where I was sitting I could here all the employees gossiping and cussing at each other from the back. While in Pittsburg, KS we decided to have a family dinner at Applebee?s and I?m glad we did. Our servers name was Sean and he... did a great job!! He was professional, courteous and he was attentive although he had several tables?.he took our drink orderquickly then came right back and got our appetizer and entree order and was patient the whole time, I love it when my drinknever gets empty and the server clears empty appetizer plates once they are empty. The appetizer was steaming hot breadsticksand Alfredo and was great! All of our entrees were excellent, steaks cooked perfectly and hot! I would recommend this Applebee?slocation and especially the server Sean?it was a great experience and these days when you spend $100 on dinner (includingdrinks) you want to be happy & full when you leave!!
