Wanted to try out the app and the ordering ahead features for happy hour half price deals. Unfortunately when I picked up the 2... drinks and single order of mozzarella sticks for $16.00 (not much of a deal), the mozzarella sticks were 2 over cooked to chewand the straw were too small to suck up flavor balls I paid extra for. I had never been to a Sonic's so that's crossed off my list. I won't be back though, I can get better fast food for cheaper... elsewhere. It was greasy and low quality, and didn't even have that "this is so bad for me but tastes so good" element. It alsofelt expensive for what it was. As for customer service, nothing egregious but when I was ordering the guy kept saying"anythingelse" really quickly, before I even finished saying what I wanted so it felt like I was being rushed. Their venues are clean, their staff helpful and ovens spotless. I will always seek out if I desire a light meal quickly. Their... pricing makes for excellent value.
