I called 8/29/22 an ordered a beacon cheese burger with fries. I picked up as I was eating it was hard as a rock and the cheese... was also hard. The fries was cold. I took one bite and gave the rest to my dog. I called to inform them 8/30/22. They ask did Istill have the burger. I said no but I have the reciept. Well because I didn't have the burger there wasn't anything they coulddo. Not even an apology. No manager on staff. I eat there often but never again. Even if I had gotten an apology that wouldhave helped. Why do people think all people are liars. Come on there are still some good honest people in this world. Whodeserve to eat a good burger. Nation's is a franchise Restaurant, This one is located off of Railroad Avenue In Pittsburg California, it is now opened to Dine... in service. Mask are required. The Ladies at this location are friendly, and very hard working to deliver quality service. Thefood is always good, The Pies are very popular, I took my oldest daughter there for Breakfast. Yet, given that it is outta California it hasmaintained an updated menu to reflect the habits many around the area have.
