I/m in there EVERY day for the strips . Today while purchasing strips I I just ordered and trying a breast piece of chicken. ... Loved this place , loved that they were so clean and changed their gloves after each order. Something changed less of management... I?m not sure but they started cutting corners , not being as sanitary , the food quality has gone down significantly and I?vegotten sick twice now , my neighbor ordered today and said her food was beyond dry and some pieces appeared raw... not sure whathappened to this place but the new staff are not it! Food is alright, I didnt have a good first experience and they also forgot some of my items so I wanted to give it a second... chance but the second time was the exact same thing. Cold food, chewy chicken nowhere near crunchy or crispy. The biscuits aresuper good but thats about it for me. Overall alright taste, bad quality. Read more
On my way to Vegas, my husband and I went to a gas station. There was Krispy Chicken. We almost turned our nose to chicken at a... gas station. Well, we were hungry and decided to try. OH MY GOODNESS!!! What a nice surprise. We enjoyed the chickens and sides.I don't like fast food mashed potatoes, I like theirs. Sorry, no gravy for me. Fresh out of the fryer 4legs large and meaty enjoy while it's hot gets hard after it's sits biscuits are delicious. Didn't like... that a customer didn't get an order of fries so he ask for sauce and said he would have to pay for it I mean you could havegiven the sauce since you didn't have enough fries for his order I just thought it was a little petty if you ask me what's a fewsauces to insure a customer returns. Customer service definitely needs work at most of the eatery's today. Lots of places justdon't care about the service.
