Check your receipts pricing on the board does not match what they are charging. My order was overcharged 30 cents, doesn't sound... like much but when they do that all day it adds up quick. They refused to correct it so I just got a full refund. Fast food isalready overpriced and then they try to get more out of you. Read more
The food is not cooked through. Raw Batter or whatever that is right on top of the chicken.
I went through this Jack in the Box drive thru tonight and when I got home I realized they didn?t give me the right order. I... payed for a combo and instead I got three egg rolls and fries. The annoying part was that I tried calling the restaurant toexplain and get a refund but there was no response. When someone finally responded they just hung up the phone. I normally start out with 4 stars and rarely give any 5 star ratings; however, this visit was outstanding. I mistakenly placed a... wrong order, but the employee corrected on his behalf. This kind of service is rare, especially when the error was committed bythe customer. I truly appreciate the proactive action. Best Fajita pita since they changed thier recipe. Love the grilled onion makes a difference and when you add 2 salsa its da... bomb. Not hot sauce the salsa. Hot sauce is good on the tacos and eggs. Read more
