Worst service ever, waitress noticed me a minute after waiting and told me to wait a bit. It wasn?t busy, maybe 2-3 tables were... occupied. I waited 15 minutes to get a table and the waitress kept leaving to the back room so I guess she wasn?t feeling likeserving anyone. I left because the wait time to get a table was ridiculous. Well im honestly very disappointed of this place, we had a table for 8 we order our food and waited about an hour and food... wasn?t ready yet. I notice some people that arrived after us were all getting their food, so i asked the waiter Bout our food,he went and checked and told us our food was not processed through the machine or the ?system? i mean i wasnt upset for themistake because that can happen to anyone, i was upset to how they rected to the whole situation, asking us ?do you still wantto order your food?? Like seriously?! Is not like we went there to just sit and wait dude of course i want the food! I tried tocalm but i think that working in the food industry you are supposed to be on top of your stuff and making sure you give horriblecustomer service.. and the people that work there seem lost or new i mean the waiter should of notice other people were gettingtheir food and had checked on ours you know its logic and common sense.. super bad service plus the tables and floor were dirty.My dad?s girlfriend asked for a hot chocolate and the milk was bad , the coffe was cold and old. Awful. I will never come here again. Last time i was here, the kiosk charged me twice. Instead of reversing one of the charges,... i was given gift cards which required my return. Service was slow and unenthusiastic. Our entrees arrived 30 minutes apart.Pasta cold, dry. The coleslaw inedible. AWFUL Read more
Chicken was dried eather over cooked or double cooked hard old? Not sure def not worth the price and wait. Was gonna get a... refund but was on a date and was hard enough looking at my date trying to chew this chicken down. Will definitely not returnhere. Read more
Haven't been in awhile because of previous service (to be fair thats based off 2 years ago). Daughter wanted the famous molten... chocolate cake so we thought we'd go and give chiles another chance. Let me tell you... the servers they have hired should begiven an A+++++!! Food was good, service was GREAT! We actually went back again for dinner with the whole family and againservice was great! The only reason I gave it 3 stars because of the bartender she was very polite and on the ball. The remaining staff just walking... around looking lost and confused on their cell phones and chit chatting with other associations. This time it wasn't a good experience. But my Kids think complaining is a "Karen" thing, so I didn't want to ruin our quality... time together. But yeah, the Avocado steak, had no avocado, so we had to ask for it... The Steak was actually rare instead ofmedium rare, so my daughter had to spit most of it out because it wasn't chewable to her. We never got our Napkins, so I got upand got them myself from the station where they keep them. My Tortillas for my fajitas were not fully heated up, and the edgeswere hard and broken. So I asked for them to be reheated, and they brought me a second batch, but it was the same,broken-barely heat it up tortillas. Read more
It's local,so I've been going there a few years just before we went COVIDZONE. The service is good,but kinda bland at times,but... the food is usually good. Since the recession started and everyone has had to raise their prices,this is understandable,but I'venoticed that the portions don't reflect along with the price increase,rather they've become less. And this goes for food at thegrocery stores ($10.00 peanut butter),and especially at convenience stores as well ($2.00 candy bar) etc. Read more
