Clean and bright. Friendly staff. Food took a long while to get. Breakfast food was delish!
There is a long drive-through line, but the people taking your order are very nice. I highly recommend using the app to order... ahead of time so that you can quickly get exactly what you want. Another suggestion is to order ahead and pick up so you don?thave to wait in the drive-through line, but everybody is nice at the store and get the orders right. Read more

Let me start by saying I LOVE Chick-fil-A. I was super excited when this location opened up. Unfortunately, after repeated... visits, it just doesn?t meet the level of excellence and service that others within the franchise offer. The employees do notoffer the kind, friendly customer service that the brand stands for. My order is almost always wrong, missing fruit cup in akids meal or this vanilla shake without whipped cream that I attached in the photo. That drink had to pass multiple hands as itwas given to me. First time trying the new Chick-fil-A and got my fav, a chicken biscuit. I ordered ahead on the mobile app (which was easy to... do) to save time, but stood in line longer to get the same thing that others walked up and ordered. Several employees walkingaround and past a few of us in the "Mobile Pickup" line, but no one said anything or offered to help. It's like the mobile appis taking away employees' customer service skills...maybe it's putting them out of a job in the long run since no one needed totake our order. And still got the mandatory "my pleasure" which is so inauthentic -- it's not genuine. It was not your pleasureto have me stand there for 7-8 min not even acknowledging me as a person, then walk over and place 2 items that were alreadythere into a bag, walk them to me, hand them to me without anything more than calling my name, and then respond "my pleasure"when I said "thank you." Would be more genuine to respond "thank you for your business" or something like that...especially the$$ I just spent on breakfast!
