There customer service seems friendly but really they just want you to hurry up and choose your ice cream. I walked into the... store and they greeted me then asked me if I was ready right after...I just walked can I have a minute or 2. Then I was lost onwhere there menu was and they pointed it out then, asked me if I was ready again. Polite, but they were very IMPATIENT. Insteadof asking if "Are you ready" they should just greet there customers and show them where there menu of Icream and cakes arelocated then, ask the customer to let them know when they are ready...Last time me and my family are going back and with thatkind of customer service they should just close that branch down cause they obviously want people to leave. The service here was so nice. It was busy when we came with four employees that I could see. They had had amazing customer... service. Each customer was treated with kindness and they were efficient. I also enjoyed watching them work together as a team.We went in on a last minute birthday whim as I had seen the stranger things container for packed ice cream. The employeeshelping me were so kind, they said they had the display container left. They washed it with smiles and told us they had strangerthings magnets and stickers for sale too. I was impressed they went above and beyond. We also had a huge order. Still all smilesand helpful. We wnet outside to eat as Labor Day 2019 was a little warm. My kids kept going inside to get ice water or lids,napkins. Each time all employeas were helping them with haopy smiles . Great experience. Read more

This place is delicious you can get any flavor. It's a clean and tidy place. The one that I go to is by Panda Express and inside... is togos. Baskin-Robbins is the only Ice cream that my daughter wants to eat, The store is clean, well maintained and the staff is very... helpful and friendly. The variety of ice cream is crazy. From my favorite Sherbet to rocky road, vanilla, pistachio, chocolatechip, etc, you can order by the cup or by the cone, and by the quart. Is it your birthday?
