Nothing wrong with the pizza. It is standard Domino's Pizza. However, it is not reliable delivery orders. Three attempts were... made for a delivery order in the span of July and August, and it was always they do not have a delivery driver. Sounds as ifthey have a staffing problem. If delivery orders cannot be fulfilled, then make it aware for customers when attempting to orderonline. Read more

This location should be shut down permanently. How many times are they going to allow you to place and pay for a order only to... call about a delivery issue, the drivers car broke down, no drivers working. This morning is common practice for this location.Still waiting on that refund Read more
Worst dominos experience ever. I ordered on the app at 8:22, it said delivery in 28-38 minutes. I got a notification at 8:33... saying my order was out of the oven, then nothing until a notification at 9:16 my driver is entering my neighborhood. At 9:30 Icalled the store and the GM says it will be there in 15-20min. No offer of a discount or anything. Read more

I ordered 7 pizzas online from the Pittsboro NC store, to feed our clients staff of 15, to be delivered at noon. 12:30 and no... pizza, 1:00 no pizza. We were calling and calling with no answer. The store was literally directly across the street from ouroffice so I drove over there and it was closed, no lights on and they had charged my card $143.57! I went back around 2:30 andthere was one woman running around like crazy. I told her what happened and that I wanted a refund. She said she would cancelthe order and refund the money to my card. NO REFUND! So I'm calling and calling with no answer and no refund!!! I live threehours away so I'm limited to trying to contact them by phone. It ain't workin! Read more
Negative stars if I could. Ordered at 6 pm, was told our order would be ready no later then 6:45. Husband finally got our order... by about 7:15. When we opened up our boxes we found - 1. A pizza with NO sauce, 2. a double order of cinnamon sticks with only 2of the 4 icing cups that we ordered. 3. NO additional sauce cups that we ordered 4. Cold food. We were told by the young man atthe pickup area that the sauce cups were in one of the boxes. Nope, no sauce cups. Young man was wareing low riders that gaveeveryone a view of his butt every time he turned around. Poor, poor service. Sloppy employees. Will NOT order from this storeever again. How disappointing.
