Couple of surprises here. We were at Jordan Lake and needed to get some food quickly. We didn't want hot food, hamburgers, or... the usual things, because it was just too hot to think about it. So I looked for an alternative. I thought I might have to driveback into one of the larger areas or settle for fast food. Ordered and picked up in 15 minutes. Great, fresh food. Refreshingon such a warm day. To be able to get something different when you've had one too many hamburgers so close to the camping siteis great. They are located in the Plant, so if you want to find Mead (who knew), beer, Hemp products, jewelry, etc. you can getthat too. Was very happy with what we ordered, the speed, and the quality of the food. Read more

The food tasted fresh and flavorful! I think the ingredients change based on what?s available but I did the pick 3 to try a... variety of their food. I?m so happy zucchini was in season. The fritters had some spice to them and went well with the sauce. Asfor seating, there?s places all over the area rather than just for the restaurant. They have a small selection of bottleddrinks, but encourage you to visit the other sites for a beverage. I can?t wait to come back and see what veggies are beingused! Read more

To start I love the area that Copeland Springs is located in. It is a part of a larger co-op that has a meadery,... brewery/distillery, ax throwing, cbd store, and lots of other little gems like a human chess set and swing set. The gentlemanrunning the cb store told me I must stop here as the food is amazing. He explained that it is a rotating menu, but most of theitems are vegan or vegetarian. I told him that I am wanting to eat less meat so this is great. I showed up to the restaurantand was warmly greeted by all of the staff. I could not decide what I wanted so I got their pick three platter with the toastbite with homemade ricotta, lemon curd, and spring strawberry salad. My grand total was just $11 and they have a notificationsystem that tells you when your food is ready. It took about 20 minutes to get my food, but it was so worth it! The salad wassuper refreshing and had just enough salad dressing. The lemon curd bite was amazing and had just enough sweetness and a goodcrunch from the puff pastry. Last, the ricotta toast was so yummy and I enjoyed every bite. Most of the menu was grown on siteand if not they use local products as much as possible. The meal was just enough. I did not feel overly stuffed and it was sogood. Since they rotate the menu every couple of months and it has been about a month with this menu, I will have to come backin July or August for some new deliciousness! Read more

I'm no vegetarian but.. I've eaten great food around the world and for those of us who have enjoyed a great Japanese meal this... place is great. Not because the serve Japanese food but because they understand how foods can taste good and better when servedas a picture for the eye and the palate! Off the highway, out of the way, at the end of the road. But worth the Joirney! Read more
