Knowing how delicious Old West cinnamon rolls are, we placed an order to include as part of our dessert spread for our wedding.... Included in our order was the cinnamon twists and the cinnamon roll heart, both of which included cream cheese frosting on theside. The cinnamon twists are about 12 inches long so for smaller portion sizes we asked if they could cut into fourths whichwas perfect. Anyways, the order was placed and paid for in person a few weeks prior to our event. My aunt went to pick up thedesserts at the designated time but it was not ready another hour and a half later. Fortunately, my aunt still made it on timeto the wedding. And, as usual their desserts were amazing. We?d still consider ordering from Old West in the future, but willperhaps will either request an earlier pick up time and/or call in the morning to confirm when the order will be ready. We aregiving 3 stars overall because of their service, but it's always 5 stars when it comes to the quality! Read more

Surprisingly soft, fresh, and tasty cinnamon roll. It offers various flavors on top of the originals. We ordered Maple Bacon,... Cream Cheese, and Walnuts and all give different taste and are all really good. Even after normal breakfast time can stillexperience a long queue but it is totally worth it. A must try bakery place. I wanted to love this place and thought I would because of all the amazing reviews. I ordered an almond cinnamon roll. It was... flavorless, poorly made and tasted of cheap ingredients. Good cinnamon rolls are made with brown sugar. The one I got was madewith white sugar, which also wasn?t fully mixed in (see photo). I couldn?t finish eating it. Read more

What can i say about this place in pismo beach except that it is great. This place has been around for years and if you ever had... one of these cinnamon buns then you know and understand why. If you don't i suggest that you get there and have a few. Whatbetter way to enjoy a cinnamon bun than at the beach on the pier or on the beach enjoy the sound of the waves crashing againstthe shore line or breathing in some fresh clean air or even enjoying a beautiful sunrise or sunset. I'm just saying. Love thisplace. Here is what i had. Enjoy. Read more

What more is there to say. 5-stars is absolutely the right rating for this authentic and loving cinnamon roll joint. This place... is special, just as much as their cinnamon rolls. We stumbled upon this place during our 6am run at Pismo Beach and the naturalsmell of fresh cinnamon rolls lured us in. I love the fact that they create their own "rolls" - looks like a pound cake or aciabatta but you definitely have the rolls. Then generous amounts of whatever toppings you may think of. If this is your firsttime here, I highly recommend going with the Basic with icing on the SIDE. Just enjoy the soft, cinnamon, sweetness rolled intoa palm-sized heaven. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Will return whenever we are in the area. Heck, we'll go to Pismo Beachjust for these cinnamon rolls. Make sure to go early in the morning! Read more

Timing is everything. We walked from the Pismo Pier and went around 3pm on a Saturday and the line wasn?t that long. Now there... was a bit of a wait but nothing like I read or heard about. Don?t let the line deter you from eating a cinnamon roll though. I ordered the almond one with frosting on the side. It just seemed overwhelming sweet and too filling if you had the frostingdirectly on top. It definitely hit the spot and satisfied my sweet tooth. Served warm and just every bite was heaven. It?s apretty good size dessert too so you can be super ambitious and eat the whole thing or just share. 5 stars for the cinnamonroll itself. The shop itself wasn?t anything too inviting. There?s small signage at the door instructing you to wait to becalled. We didn?t see the signage and the cashier wasn?t too friendly about letting us know. The menu wasn?t posted anywherenear the line so probably could have been more efficient if this was posted while you were in line vs deciding what you wantwhen you got to the cashier. There?s no inside seating and just a few seats outside. 3 stars for actual facility and theexperience. Read more

Stopped by on a Saturday night about 15 min before closing and the line was long and out the door! Lucky, we ordered ahead via... phone (online ordering was closed) and we were able to skip the line. We got an original and frosted (cream cheese frosting). Both tasted great but I liked the frosted version better. The seasonal cinnamon roll was frosted with cherries but they were outof that flavor. They let us buy the cherry topping for $1 and it was totally worth it. Definitely stop by Old West CinnamonRolls if you are in the area. You won't be disappointed. Read more
