Does not even deserve 1 star! By far the worst Dunkin Donuts location in the area!!! Worst customer service, do yourself a favor... and go to a different location! This is not the first time my husband and I had such a bad service here. Ordered a mobile pickup today got there after 20 min. of ordering on the app and it was not ready. Waited for another 20 min. to get my order! Atotal of 40 min to receive my mobile order!!! People were coming in and out order in the spot and getting their order. Placed anorder for 1 dozen of donuts and two sandwiches to wait 40 min. My husband had a similar issues a few months back with this samelocation! Burnt bagels and sandwiches, long waits even with mobile order and poor varieties of bagel, always sold out! Thecompany claims that they earned a #1 rank in customer service and that their quality products is always consistent but thislocation does not even meet the bare minimum level of standard service! Do yourself a favor and go to a different location! Tomanagement, take off your location on the app if you CAN NOT FULFILL ORDERS ON TIME! Read more

Unfortunately, this Dunkin Donuts deserve no stars. Is located in such a busy area. & surrounded by a lot of companies. which... makes it easier for someone to just grab a coffee and go to their job. Brought a coffee this morning and it tasted likewater. When back and exchange it for a regular Ice Coffee. And the young man at the cashier serves me an ICE WATER WITH A LOT OFCREAM AND SUGAR. Whoever is the owner of this Dunkin Donuts. Needs to make changes. As customers, we don't deserve this. Theemployees are too busy on their phones watching TIK-TOK, Facetiming friends, and showing no type of good customerservice. Also, the place is very dirty. Horrible service here!! Waited 15 minutes for 1 Toasted muffin and 1 wake up wrap after I had already ordered!! And there was no... line in front of me!! The guy who ordered after me, even got his food first!! This is the coffee machine, you can see beans still in it in the top. It must have been broken, gee I wonder why. This is... disgusting. I e stopped there 3 times, I'm headed out of town to 287 north. I'll go out of my way from now on and go to eitherlocation on Shelton Rd or the one on Washington Ave. This is just absolutely gross! Come here regularly. I had a feeling there'd been a change in management over the last few months because I noticed things moved... quicker, they run out of stuff less often, and the quality of the food and service is better than any other Dunkin I've everbeen to. Met Shane, the new manager, and I can tell why his crew supports and respects him. Thanks for starting my mornings offright. :) Read more
