Bought a bowl of soup. I am a person who doesn't care about price when it comes to good food. After trying 3 spoons of a bowl of... soup that was so bad, I threw it out into the dumpster at work, the $21.27 (after tax), seems like a hundred dollars. Blah. Read more

We were first time customers and had some questions in regards to the food while we looked at the menu. The servers who were... walking around had ignored us several times, which was extremely rude. We had to walk up to one of the waiters walking around toask for our bill and the waiter told us to wait one second; we waited five minutes. Not worth $70 for a small fish served on alarge dish. They charge extra for each bowl of rice, which is unheard of! Unprofessional, worst experience! Not coming back andstrongly do not recommend! Read more

The fish was cooked well, however for the price I would still prefer a traditional meal where I can buy several smaller dishes... instead of just one cooked fish in sauce and an appetizer (and some rice and added vegetables to the sauce) for $70-80. I alsothink servers need to be a bit more aware, I know the layout of the place has corners and twist and turns, but we had to reallywave to get attention of the servers and get rice and our water refilled. I can only say it’s the best grilled fish I had so far in NJ. Of course the “Grill Master” at flushing has better tastes,... but it’s too far for me. The best things to eat with the grilled fish are always the side dishes. Here I’m glad they haveplenty of choices I like. So even the soup didn’t impress me, I can still give it a 4 star. Come and try it out, it’s quiteclose to the authentic grilled fish. They have friendly waitresses too. BTW, the ice jelly is good~ Read more

They use a cheap Basa fish (which they call Mekong Cat Fish) and yet charge nearly $60 for it. Half of the dish is cheap chili... vegetable oil and some broth with lots of artificial flavorings. It's enough to maybe feed 2-3 people and you won't get fullwithout rice. Add ons for any of the whole fish are roughly around $4 and you literally get just a few pieces for that $4 ofwhatever you decide to add on. All other dishes are also quite high in price and everything was very oily. The service is quickthough, the place is decorated nicely and the food is good... but it's not worth the price that they charge. To add insult toinjury, there was a required 20% gratuity automatically added to the bill for our party of 4. We would've left a nice tip anyway but having it automatically added was just the last straw. Eat once to satisfy your curiosity but it's not worth it to keepgoing back. If they lowered their prices to reasonable amounts.. like 50% less then it would be worth it. Read more
