Would give 0 stars if I could! Had a messed up sandwich, for which I was given a card for a free sandwich. The card listed no... restrictions on sandwiches. Went in today, and tried to order the same sandwich I originally had. Was told card wasn't good forit, so ordered a qp w/cheese deluxe w/extra pickle, instead of the double I originally had. Wasn't deluxe, 3 pickles total, theburger was in a few pieces and looked like the burger from a regular cheeseburger. Worst experience ever! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Read more
Sat in line in the drive through for 15 minutes. Then they tell you the will only take cash at the window. You go inside and no... one is at the register. They say you have to order it yourself at a kiosk. There is a long line at the kiosks. 15 minutes inline and you've placed your order. 15 minutes later everyone but you have gotten your order even a dozen people that orderedafter you. When you get your order they don't have the boxes thst your stuff was supposed to come in. What the hell is going onhere????? Food was good tho. Read more
Great place to eat, clean, and they are very welcoming. I usually go before the rush hours and they people their are very happy... and relaxed when they aren?t under pressure for every little thing. What?s sad is despite them trying their best to get throughthe day, while I eat my meal the customers treat the cashiers so poorly. ?I need a coffee!? ?It has to be just like this nocream etc? as if they are robots who have no feelings. I don?t go to McDonald?s when it?s busy and I understand the frustrationbut I felt so welcomed I had to post a review! Read more

Walked in but should've used drive-thru - which seems to be quicker now-a-days. No one came to counter to help so went to kiosk... closest to main entrance to self-enter order...didn't work although it looked operable. Moved to a 2nd kiosk and it worked butwouldn't accept electronic payment so had to go to counter anyway! While we messed with 2nd kiosk, a customer walked in and wentto counter and waited longer than we did but that order was actually placed before ours because that system was quicker.Finally, our order wasn't made per request but still tasted fine. A 16 minute wait merely to get two double cheeseburgers in a medium fry!! And then to top it off the double cheeseburgers... weren't even hot (highway traveler, so I opened the first one within a minute of leaving the parking lot). I would have leftone star, but I'm leaving two because the girl who brought my food out was very polite. Read more
This day, the service was very fast, efficient, and both orders were correct. They are usually very pleasant when you point out... that they missed something. I just wish they were open a couple hours later! Read more
