We come here often. Usually decent. Not tonight. Front girl was too busy leaning on her arms, playing on her phone to get... orders right. Missed half of my order. Didn't respond to me when I told her after giving me receipt. Had to go back in line. Myfamily was done before I ever got mine. Forgot cheese on the beef n cheddar. Need to always check your order before leaving. I ordered a prime rib sandwich and fries yet somehow the employee heard Classic... Beef and cheddar because that's what I ended up with. Curly fries were old or stale. Read more

Credit card machine not working on my visit 6/15/22, out of ALL turnovers, and didn't get order right at drive-through. Worker... argued with me at window stating its not their fought! I'm visiting from out of town and THIS Arby's location is not up to thesame standards as what I expect from a franchise. I tried one of the steak burgers with a large curly fry and a large chocolate shake. Everything was hot and fresh. The steak... burger was ok just probably would never be my ?go to? at Arby?s. Sandwich cold, ask for crinkle fries, got curly. Could not eat the fries, cold and horrible tasting. All broke up. Ask for two... different sauces, only received one. NOT GOOD! Read more
