Had two fish sandwiches and the price is ridiculous and one of the sandwiches the cheese wasn't even on the fish it was stuck... on the side of the box ! The person making the sandwiches must be blind! And then these employees think that they should bepaid $15 an hr. $5 is to much ! Very unsatisfied customer! Read more

Their milkshake machine wasn't working both times we passed thru. I was on my way to a funeral & back, so I really wanted some... comfort food, but as usual, their ice cream machine wasn't working. The meat wasn't drained properly, so it dripped greaseeverywhere & made a mess. We had no other food options. The fries were great tho. Read more
McDonald's is a very good fast food restaurant. Great service and food. I would like to see McDonald's get a vegan plant-based... food on their menu. More people would come and try a plant-based burger, l know I would. McDonald's has upgraded to contactlessordering which makes it easier for people to order their food. You can still order food from the counter. Read more
McDonald's (Pipestone, Mn) has always had good service and the food has been good as well, until today. The food was fresh and... tasted good but the service was not as good this time. It took way too long to get our food and we were the only ones there.Still a great place! Read more
Went in to get a chocolate milk missed in drive thrue order. Sat at front counter waiting for help and was ingnored as store... manager had a visit from son and husband for free meal. She helped them looked at me ignored me didn't help me. I waited till aregular employee helped me. Morale of the story is if your manager or not you help the customer not let them sit and look atthem like there below you. Must be more of power trip for here then helping people. Read more
Everything was okay except for one employee that took my order. I believe their name was Nik?? The worker made my day much... better. the only thing that had me a little confused about them is that they changed voices mid order while I was standing rightin front on them?? Otherwise very good!!
