LOVED the decor that they had in the hotel. Stayed for my golden birthday and it was fun! Such an old timey antique vibe for... certain. We stayed in room 210 king suite and that bed was so dang comfortable. Hubby and I slept in until 8 and we are up at5:30 type of people. We ate at the Cals Cafe my husband had the Black Russian- 5/5 delicious! I had the Rueben 5/5 we both hadonion rings. Super delicious, highly recommended the hotel and the cafe. Staff was very. Very cool building built in 1888, so it has some quirks. I?d recommend asking for a room on the 2nd floor as those look a bit... more put together. Don?t expect too many modern amenities but the experience and price make it worth it. Read more
Lovely old building. It had everything I wanted and expected in a historic hotel. Nifty antiques were everywhere. Literally the... only complaint I have is that a lot of the carpet seemed out place style wise. Will definitely be staying here again when I'm inthe area. Read more
It was alright. I thought it would be nicer than it is. The staff were nice and helpful. The elevator doesn't open from the... outside on the 3rd floor so it would have been nice to be put on a floor where I wouldn't have to do steps with my luggage. Therestaurant connected isn't open on Monday but there is a Pizza Ranch next door and another restaurant across the street. Thehotel was very quiet and the a/c worked fine. Read more
Historic Pipestone Hotel with nice furniture and rooms, including room refrigerators and microwaves. We had a large family and... friends weekend, and everyone enjoyed their rooms and stay. The hotel is even pet friendly in the rooms. It would be moreconvenient for guests if the hotel coffee shop was open for breakfast. Read more
We enjoyed the hotel. The room was freezing cold and one set of outlets was not working, but it added to the ambiance. We were... there on their haunted weekend. Using a space heater and snuggling up made it cozy and comfortable. The complimentary breakfastwas typical, but the one site restaurant was great. Great service, fast, reasonable prices, really good food! The restoredbathroom looks like it would have many years ago. It caused a few giggles of enjoyment. Well done. We will stay here again.
