Had a late lunch (2:30 pm); the place was empty, but of fair size. Only inside seating and a drive thru. Parking is part of the... larger shopping center. Easy on/off the freeway. Order was quick. Got chicken tenders and they were hot and good. Liked that thebiscuits were soft and warm. Read more
I really like mashed potatoes and gravy from here. But they forgot that, my daughters apple sauce and they gave me diet instead... of cherry Pepsi. Not impressed. And to boot, the woman who was taking my order in the drive thru got upset when she couldn'tunderstand me due to several loud sirens going by (police and ambulance) - not my fault. She didn't let me finish ordering. Hadto add it at the window ????????. When I went in for the mashed potatoes at least, the manager on duty was very polite. Thatdefused me before I got upset. Really bad attitude customer service of Maribel M. My own experience today couple hours ago . Trying to order my self something... to eat and the same time I'm getting a delivery to be pick up and she just yelling at me telling me food to be pick up is insidenow and every single orders. So I asked her is that mean I can't order my own food in the drive thru? She's yelling upset on themicrophone drive thru "Everything is inside now to be done"!!! So I told her they should put a sign drive thru are close. Sonobody could go drive thru to order food. Since she yelled at me clearly saying that everything need to be done inside!!!!so Ipark my car and go inside order my food and instead of saying 'welcome to KFC can pls take your orders'! NOPE she was stillyelling at me and bad attitude asking me what do you want? After handling my food and my ATM. I like KFC in general. When it comes to fast food, its important to have a fast friendly service and a clean places. Many fast... foods lacking all of those components. This KFc was oK. 3 out 5. Next time I come if it becomes better I will change. But fornow its 3 stars. Honestly, I understand that employees don?t care working minimum wage but, sorry. It is what it is.
