Rude service and terrible food! I wish we had read all the negative ratings before ordering. We ordered six dishes to pick up... for three people. Although we showed up early, most of the food was already stone cold, and oddly... terribly over-cooked intoa nasty glop of goo. What it lacked in pleasant texture, it "made up for" with virtually no flavor. When each of us agreedupon the poor food quality, we called them to inform the management of our displeasure. We spoke with two separate people, bothof whom were rude, suggesting it was somehow our fault. Examples: 1) We ordered our food "without MSG" as is offered as anoption on their menu. The employee to whom we complained, told us that "the MSG IS the flavor". We have avoided MSG for yearsand NEVER had food so lacking in taste. The fella said he didn't know what else to say. I suggested a simple apology wouldhelp. That's when our call was dropped. 2) To his credit, the apparent manager called us back, but showed no care for ourmisfortune either. When we told him that the chicken curry was not spicy, he said it wasn't supposed to be... even though ourpaper menu, their main inside menu, and the printed menu found online ALL show it is supposed to be spicy. This call was alsodropped, even though we are just down the street with a perfect connection. Having eaten there periodically through the years,they usually served decent food. We were just in the mood for Chinese food tonight. Next time we want Chinese cuisine, wewon't be giving them our money. There are SO MANY better quality establishments available that actually want our business. Read more
I woukdnt eat here again :/ I gave 2 stars because the bbq pork fried rice was good. The noodles didn't have much flavor but... they were ok. The sweet and sour chicken was soggy and not good, I've always had it with plain chicken and sauce on the side. Itwould have been better if they sent some soy sauce or something which they didn't. Usually the food is OK but this time it was terrible the General chicken had absolutely no flavor and the pot stickers were 75%... dough and the filling had no taste and to top it off they didn't even throw in the fortune cookies and charged $3 more per dishfrom last month (CUSTOMER LOST ) Read more
So been eating here like 10 years . Hadn't been in a couple months , my usual dish mushu pork has gone from 14 to today I paid... 19.92 . Unbelievable , every other month it's gone up 2 bucks ! I guess back to China house . Read more
Great food. Sometimes they over sauce some dishes but otherwise, a family favorite. No matter how much food you order, it will... always ALWAYS only take 15 min. On a side note. Little odd to see someone cutting green beans at the first front table of therestaurant and on the table glass... not even a cutting board. Shows that health standards are not a big focus here which breaksmy heart as someone familiar with food service. Will make me rethink the quality of this kitchen. Food was delicious as well as plentiful. My mom has a diabetic condition, the order taker AND the chef brainstormed ideas to... cook her meal and were very understanding and accommodating. Meals were prepared timely. Was a very pleasant experience. I amfrom out of area, when I come back, I will also come back to this restaurant. Read more
