Used to love Viva Chicken but the quality of the food is not the same it used to be. Very disappointed. Every item today was... horrible: Rice was watery, the chicken overcooked, the plantains burned and the yuca is not even the same tasty yuca sticks theyused to give. Read more

I love the chicken but they need to work on the presentation. My first is genuinely very crispy and delicious today they were... limp. After waiting so long I expected more. My cake was not packaged properly upon arriving at home everything was in the baghad I lived close I would have returned it. They didn't put care about placing the cake so all the milk spilled in the smallbag. I have purchased this cake before first time experiencing this unreal. Read more

The chicken was burnt. The rice in the soup was so hard, wecouldn't eat it. The raw onions and peppers in the soup weren't the best either. Some of the mild sauce containers werehalf-filled.
