As I said before I've never met a Starbucks I don't like. This was in Pineville North Carolina. The person behind the counter... was very friendly and the place had a nice ambiance. Slowest Starbucks ever. Group of 10 or more waiting for 35 minutes plus. ... 46 unclaimed drinks on the counter. Ordered two... cake pops and got 1, and a croissant. Won't be coming back. Shocking. Read more

We pulled in to the drive thru at 4:58 and a pleasant lady asked for our order. We took 30 seconds to decide. Then someone else... got on the intercom and said they closed at 5!? The online map says they close at 8! Then she said they were closed and wouldn?tlet us finish ordering. Read more

Awful experience, no one greets you when you walk in and the service is horrible. To top it if they don?t even fill up your cup,... might as well have paid for a tall instead of a grande. The only one that made a bit of a different was the girl that took myorder. Horrible and the coffee tastes bad too. Read more

The drinks are made to perfection at this location. The service is a tad slower than normal because of the popularity of this... location. The drive thru definitely impacts the service. Nonetheless good service. This Starbucks has a decent size inside withabout 4 four-person tables, 2 larger tables and 8 cushions seats. There is also a decent patio outside. Most of the parking isbehind the building. Overall good location, great drink preparation, and good service. Read more
