The food was tasteless and the service was horrible. We got there at 800p and by 1015 everyone had still not gotten their food.... The waitress was very rude, my guess is it was because she had been there “since 10am” as she kept reminding us when shedidn’t get things right. The manager was very young and simply did not know how to respond to the situation. I wouldn’trecommend this place to anyone. Read more

We always love Sky. We eat there so often that the wait staff know our usual order. It's never busy, so I consider it a hidden... gem. I think that most people walk in and order a full entree per person and then consider it on the pricey side. Our family of5 will typically eat two entrees and maybe an app. If we get three entrees, we will have at least one meal worth to go. We arenot sushi fans, so I can't speak to that. But the Chinese food is the best in Charlotte in my opinion. Read more
I went to your establishment on a suggestion from a colleague and was highly disappointed. I called the order in around 20 to 30... minutes before I got there and still had to wait. I was disappointed with the presentation of the food. I ordered a spicy tunaroll, California roll, Mango tuna roll, and a spider roll. Why was the spicy tuna roll not spicy. I thought you had to have aspicy sauce on it to make it spicy. I had to ask for some spicy mayo. When I did ask she made sure she told me that she couldonly give me 1 little container. I spent $50 and you are rationing off sauces. I am a sushi novice and I had it for the firsttime in the mall and I must say the mall was so much better and food was higher quality. So I would have thought going to aspecialty restaurant that specifically caters to Asian cuisine, I would have been blown away. WRONG! This place is amazing, really for an Asian Bistro. Modern seating with couches and lounge area. Sorta like that famous coffee... place. I love a comfy seat, really.. And I love someone to bring me my food while I'm in a comfy seat. With American spiritsto boot. So have Asian cuisine with a glass of wine on the couch and be served. Who could ask for more. I wish allrestaurants served me on the couch in front of a TV. Hoping this catches on. Read more
