Ordered from there last night and started to eat the pizza in the car until I realized there was hair in it . I had on a hat and... my hair pulled in a bun . Spoke to Kelly and she credited the account. Called 4 times no answer . I?m from out of town I?ll begoing to get a refund . Told her I?d keep the pizza to show her and she told me no need but I can?t get it remade if no oneanswers the phone . Never again , I like papa johns better anyway . Read more
Stay Away! Complete waste of time and money. The grilled chicken on the pizza was stale and kept falling off. The crust alone... was half the size of the pizza. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza not an extra topping of stuffed crust on my pizza. It wasawfully made, literally half the pizza was stuffed crust and barely any pepperoni. The buffalo chicken not so much either,tasted better after air frying it day after even though i burnt it a bit. Overall dissatisfied but I must mention this was alsomy first time patronizing this location, every other experience with Pizza Hut had been great until now. Not to mention theinconvenience of an upset stomach and foul smelling gas my friend and I have to endure until further cleansing. Read more
Among Pizza Hut?s best locations. I didn?t like it when they moved, but I?m happy they make a great, affordable, and absolutely... tasty pizza. We get thin crust because it?s my wife?s thought they have fewer calories, but I?d prefer stuffed crust and I usedto love Pan style! Read more
I specifically asked for no tomato sauce to be put on my pizza due to my eldery uncles issues with heartburn & such. Instead i... asked for two cups of sauce on the SIDE which I was charged for but didn't complain. Also i specifically asked for a large halfMeatlovers half Supreme which is not what I received. Paid 50 bucks for one large pizza & 12 wings just for my order to arrive &find out my pizza was made incorrectly not to mention waiting an hour & some change after being told i was only looking at a 30minute wait time. When I call to notify them of my issue, they answer the phone & ask me delivery or carryout? I calmly give myname & tell the guy i had already placed & received my order but it's an issue with my pizza. No joke he hung up right in myface i kid you not. I?m normally not picky, but I had to give this a review. Ordered two thin crust pizzas and the everything was literally over... cooked. The crust and toppings were hard! The only thing that was cooked properly was the cheese sticks and cookie pie. Ibelieve someone in the kitchen forgot to use a timer or misjudged the process. Tried to call them to let them know and someoneliterally hung up the phone. It?ll be another time span before I order from there again. Had to force ourselves to eat it! Read more
Well I love this pizza hut but my order was incorrect this time. I ordered the edge pizza and I got a normal thin crust pizza... with the crust and normal cut. The wings were great, but I normally order stuffed crust from you guys. I was disappointed withthis pizza I wanted to try and paid $12.99 for. I should have just ordered a stuffed crust. I have a picture also if you needit. I will still continue to order from this location, but was very disappointed with this pizza. Read more
I will never buy food at this place. It was as my first time at this pizza hit location and I ordered a big dinner box. I was... charged an extra $10 which I found strange and asked why. They said it was because everything has gone up. As I waited I decidedto check the price online and found that I was over charged so I went back in and asked about why I was charged more. They saidit was because I upgraded the wings to bone in. The problem is the the lady didn?t tell me it was extra. When she asked about mywings all she said was boneless or bone in and said nothing about the extra charge. So I said ok well I don?t want to bone inwings switch it back to normal boneless she didn?t want to do that so I said never mind just cancel my order and I want arefund. They said they had to wait for the manager to refund me and that I can just keep the food. So I call back after themanager was in and she said that she can?t refund me anything because I already got the food. So that was a waste of time and Iwill never buy food here again. Things need to be accurate and clear. On top of that they went back on their word I wanted arefund and didn?t want the food after that. Read more
