I ordered a stack off of Postmates from this location. Not only was I delivered a COLD BURRITO, but my correct order was printed... & typed on the cold, burrito. I spent $36 to get the wrong order that someone clearly saw was incorrect when packing it up. Thefood was also delivered earlier than expected by my Postmate and is so cold that I don?t think it?s Postmates fault at all. Ialso, wasn?t given the salsa I ordered. It?s definitely the restaurants fault. Will not be ordering from here again. I work incostumer service so this is a big no for me. Read more

Ordered four tacos kits for our company, walked in to see if it was ready, met with rude workers. If it was such a big order,... you have every rights to cancel it, I would?ve understood. The cook was rude as was the cashier. They proceeded to ignore me.Would not recommend any catering or big orders from this location. Read more

Placed an order online, drove to location, only to be met by 4-5 other people waiting in the to-go line and told there were... TWENTY orders ahead of mine. Not really the staff?s fault but stop taking online orders when you have that kind of backlog at alocation!! Chipotle in Indian Land actually has staff dedicated to online ordering, and have apparently figured out how tohandle volume despite being short staffed. Drove to Chipotle and was in and out in 5 minutes. Long time Moe?s fan, but doubtever use your app again. Upper management clearly doesn?t care about a customer?s experience. Read more

completely horrible considering i used to work at this location, the new workers disrespected my mom because she asked if i... could get extra cilantro lime rice. i had worked at the store and it is not a policy to charge extra to get 3 scoops of rice,they gave me 1 and 1/2 scoops of the rice. i'm very mad abt this considering i used to work at the store for almost a year, itmakes me sad. my bowl is not even half way full, completely jipped me on my food.
