Unfortunately pretty disappointed with our meal tonight. I ordered the Hawain Tacos. I Unfortunately have a food allergy to... cheese so knew this would be a safe bet. The menu states "steak, onion, peppers, and pineapple". When I got home to open my mealI saw the tacos were smothered in melted cheese. I'm an easy going person and just tried to work around it and pull it off witha fork but it was a lost cause. At this point it's almost 8pm and going back to the restaurant to have them make it right reallyisn't an option. We been to the Fort Mill location, which we liked and wanted to try this one also. While the food is good and service was... adequate, there was something amiss about this location -- that we may have missed in the Fort Mill location also. When receivedour bill, we checked the items and totals as we usually do. Everything was there with the proper charges. We gave our server ourdebit card and she returned with a bill to sign and add the optional tip. However, we noticed the amount was different than wehad 'previewed' and had an added "convenience fee" of a few dollars. When asking our server what the convenience fee charge wasfor, we were told that because we used a credit card, they are forced to pass on to us a usage, or "convenience" fee. Iexplained to our server that a debit card is the same as cash, and she said it doesn't matter. In the end she said therestaurant had decided to pass on a convenience fee rather than raising the prices on the menu. I found this to be a deceptivebusiness practice, and we will not be returning to this restaurant. Read more

First Time we Tried Margaritas this past Monday, it took almost 45 minutes for us to get our meal served. We ordered the Chile... Relleno and Enchilada. The Enchilada was good but the Chile Relleno was Dry, Meat had No Flavor, it was over cooked and it hadabsolutely no sauce on Top. It looked nothing like the photo in their menu. See attached. I called over our waiter, Jake, andtold him our concern. He was very polite, prompt, and apologetic. Jake called over his manager to let him know we were notsatisfied. Manuel, the manager, came over and I told him the Chile Relleno was dry, no sauce and overcooked. Manual stated,that is the Way we prepare it. I asked him if he can exchange for another Enchilada, his response was ?We Do Not DoExchanges, ?And Abruptly Walked Away. Needless to say I did not eat the Chile Relleno . The food here is ALWAYS on point and served very quickly. I have been in and out under 30 minutes numerous times with my wife.... They also are pet friendly if you sit outside which is great for the days we want to take our fur baby out. Read more

Omg my first time here & I loved everything. The waitress made sure we were truly taken care of from start to end. We barely... waited not even 10 minutes for our food to be brought out. Didn't even finish the chips & salsa. Food was so good had to orderit again to go. Found my favorite Mexican restaurant. ???? Read more
