8 out of 10 times I use the app it crashes. If it doesn't crash it is so slow you could drive and order in person and get the... food at the same time, which isn't exactly the point. I get staffing shortages are common lately and I know that's hard. Communication is important when service and quality are compromised due to shortages. When you walk in to pick up an order andyou see ten already frustrated people waiting for food and 4 staff moving slowly behind the counter it makes you wonder. Cashier was friendly, but the service was incredibly slow. Waited over 30 minutes for my food, and the food was not the best.... The cheese tasted fake like plastic and I was given a pickle even though I asked for no pickles. The biggest thing was the timethough. It was slower than a sit down restaurant which was frustrating. Hook & Ladder sub was very good. The Salad was nasty. The salad could have been forgiven if the manager had treated my wife like... a valued customer. She told her that it "looked just fine to her" and didn't see anything wrong with it. As a paying customerit was not appetizing at all. I've been to this location often but no more. This franchise needs to consider some customerservice training or a new manager. Sorry to sound harsh but there are to many options to go for lunch to dine at at one whodoesn't appreciate a customer. My mother came in in a hurry tonight and asked for a medium sub Combo with turkey, provolone cheese and tomatoes. And... specifically asked for nothing else. (No sauces, no lettuce, nothing) Instead we got a sub with Ham, lettuce, and no cheese. Tomake matters weirder we got a recipe that claimed we order a Combo sub with Turkey... and nothing else. 2 stars cause they gotthe bread and tomatoes right; and we still got our selective soda and chips. Subway is okay but Jersey Mike's is normally my spot. Today i decided to try something different. I often forget about Firehouse... idk why but i do. I haven't been here since i was a kid but i do remember enjoying the sandwiches. My favorite sandwich ever isan Italian so today i tried their version & i wasn't disappointed. Everything tasted fresh from the meats to the bread. Thislocation had a nice little area for outside sitting but i couldn't partake due to way too many flies & critters floating aroundbecause of all the trash left behind by trifling disrespectful customers SMH.
