The drinks were bad and so was the customer service. Second time coming here. My first drink tasted a little off! But I wanted... to give this place another try and second time a different drink was also sooo bad! Idk how to pin point it just wasted off.Customer service was also so rude. I just left the Pineville, La location and was never greeted or spoken to at all. I was standing at the counter to order and... both of the women just stared at me, and I finally said ?hey, how are y?all? in which I got no response, so I proceeded with myorder. I am appreciating with much gratitude for Lisa (manager) and all shift crews here at CC?s in Pineville. I come almost every day... sometimes twice a day and at random times of the day. My experience inside the store and the drive thru has always been stellar.I love that the employees recognize me and know what I like to drink. They all work well together and generate a fun and happyatmosphere. The store is clean and has a pleasant decor. I am grateful that we have such a wonderful coffeehouse to go to herein Pineville. I may go alone or with my friends or family member and we always enjoy sitting inside or outside visiting. Thankyou Lisa and I thank all the wonderful employees. You always make my day. Sooooo..first time going here & I'm definitely going back ..kinda pricey but honestly worth it ???? surprisingly the manager... welcomed us with a warm smile and great customer service..even came to see if we were satisfied with everything .She recommendedthe pretzel dog thingy yall don't ask me the actual name of it but it was good I also had a blueberry muffin and a whitechocolate & peppermint latte ???? also wanna say thanks Lisa for making my first visit a great one !!
