Order was wrong. Sweet tea was unsweet, beef with cheddar sandwich was smothered and swimming in arby or bar b que sauce.... Ordered beef w chaddar. Curly fries large size was all bits and small pieces, with 2 actual curly fries. Food was way overpriced for what we ended up with. Will NOT drive from Alex again for such a mess. Read more
Arby's is the first job I had which started in High School. Lasting approx. 3yrs and from employee in Pineville to Assist. Mgr.... in Alexandria, it was an awesome 1st job experience. My heart goes out to the Employees of the Pineville location as I've seenthey have been without Air Conditioning for a few months either in total or partial, building. I know Arby's has differentowners than when I worked there. If you the owners are not working side by side with your employees in that environment, thenshame on you for making them do so! Read more
My most favorite thing on the menu here is the beef and cheddar sandwich and the mozzarella cheese sticks but when i went there... I tried a new sandwich for myself which is The Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich and it was pretty good ???? Read more
Their number 9 meal was the worst thing I?ve ever tasted. The chicken brought brought me back to the hard times of fake fish.... Food was good. But I was appalled to see this. It was °101 today. Customers can't eat inside because of no AC but the kids can... work in there. Nope. Do better Arbys! Read more
Staff and management has been doing a really great job lately and I'm eating here 3 times a week. The sliders at happy hour are... AMAZING. The fries have been so good, just crisp enough and not greasy. Dominique is an amazing employee from order taking todrive thru to preparing the food. We need more like her in the world. Read more
The nuggets and chicken sandwiches are kind of too hard. There's not much meat in the nuggets full of crust, but I will still... give it 4 stars bc I do love arby's. I just think they cook anything fried too long. Be nice if they would stop cooking them toolong. That's all. I love the buffalo sauce. Very awesome Read more
