Ordered here many and everytime those 2 little white girls (cashiers) are racists especially to the Apaches coming from a few... miles down on the Rez. We ordered 4 drinks. 3 took 10min. The last which was the same type of drink as 2 of the other took 30min to be made. 5... customers after us received their drinks before our 1. When I asked about the drink (Carmalita) said yes its coming butproceeded to make 5 other drinks b4 ours. Then once it was made had it sitting behind counter while she was making more drinks.We had to ask if we could have the drink. We definitely felt this was on purpose and will not be going back to this location. Worst customer service I have ever had at a Starbucks! Read more

Hi there! Ex employee here at this Starbucks! Do not work here, save your sanity. Believe me, during the duration I worked at... this location, I was treated very poorly. For example, over the 8 weeks I was working here, I was over scheduled, over worked,and was left to close by myself multiple times. I was scheduled anywhere from 25-37 hours a week while being a full time student(mind you I made it clear I was still in school). Additionally, I was threatened multiple times for a write up over small issuesthat the openers could easily resolve. Although I was constantly threatened for write-ups over small things, my co-worker,Trinity, was treated with favoritism. She often ate in the kitchen, sat on the counters, took breaks to chat outside of thekiosk while I ran the shop, and wasn?t in dress code. To add on to an issue I saw with her was going from register to drinkmaking without washing her hands. I have heard reports from other employees in Safeway saying she often would use whole milk or2% milk in lactose intolerant peoples drinks. To add on to the fact, I was also called in WAY more than I should?ve been. Ioften covered others shifts at least once a week and was always relied on to be there, I was treated as if I didn?t have a lifeoutside of work. I once worked a 10 hour shift too due to covering a members shift. They refused to get more workers despitebeing understaffed. And finally, the aftermath. I quit because I was simply ?not allowed? to take time off to pass this schoolyear, building on the fact that this store could care less about your well being and out of work life. Even to this day, evenover a month after I quit, even remotely going in the store is an uncomfortable experience. Ex co workers look at youdifferently and treat you differently than a normal customer. Friendly convo while you check out? Absolutely not. Kind servicearound the store? Forget about that. Since Christina left customer service has been extremely poor. Customers are not greeted. It no longer feels like Customers are... welcomed. They haven't been getting any orders correct. I spend 100s of dollars at this establishment and 95% of the time it'scash. When there is an issue and I try to talk to them they don't acknowledge me unless I yell. I shouldn't have to yell to fixan issue. I should be heard simply by speaking. None of the 3 girls seemed to even be trained just thrown in. They don't evenknow there cup sizes. If this isn't fixed immediately I'll start going to a completely different coffee shop. Alot of workneeds done to make it the way it was. I?m visiting the White Mountains AZ. I went to Starbucks in the Safeway at Pinetop-Lakeside to get my coffee to start my... morning. The batista Rhianna was very rude. And not just to me, to every customer. She stood there talking to a Safeway employee.... Casually talking not work talking. Then had an attitude taking my order. No personality. If you work in customer service, youshould be respectful & act like it. If , you can avoid going here, I would advise. Read more
