Went there last Sunday got good food but I only got 4 things the bill was like 25 Dollars.. Then I went there on Monday because... i figured my food would be good again.. I got a 12 pack box of tacos.. When I got home I bite into one and got an awful taste..Very Very upsetting.. I understand it's a fast food place.. And there's mostly young people working there that just want themoney.. I mean I couldn't work there.. I wouldn't make it one day.. But I don't think I'm asking to much to have my food maderight.. I figured they did it because I ordered to much stuff.. But for what I spent there the least they could do is make thefood right.. Well I'm sure other people get good food there.. Anyway I'm done I will never go there again.. Another thing theytold me they don't make cool ranch tacos anymore and also they were out of tomatoes witch I went to another location and theyhad them.. If you would have asked me 6 months ago if this location was trustworthy, I may have said no. Tonight (8/24) honestly changed my... mind. Starting with the kind person taking my order?beyond polite. The woman at the window assured me that my sauce was in thereand handed over my bag with a verbal confirmation of exactly how many items were meant to be in the bag. So this place really use to be a 4-5 star depending on the day. I am just disappointed in the customer service. When I ordered... and they changed people at the end of my order. No one said is everything on the screen correct and the original personacknowledged the last thing I ordered, so I took it as we were good. I get to the window and the last item is missing in thebag. I asked them to please make it and I would pay for it since it didn't appear on the receipt. The women in the window didn'tunderstand how to handle that request and someone else comes to the window. He asks me to come back around the drive thru againand order again that they have other people waiting. I have never once, at any restaurant I have been to in my entire life beenasked to do that when they didn't add an item or they forgot to add to the bag. You just don't do that. I was nice about andsaid I understood but we have been waiting too and it was their mistake because it was acknowledged and I order that item allthe time and know it doesn't take more than a minute or two to make. So they made it and gave it to me. They added so muchChipotle sauce it was drowning. ???? Not cool at all. Taco Bell I am calling you out! This is very easiest the worst Taco Bell, and that says a lot. My last 6? orders were either messed up or missing an item. I use... the app... Got a reward! Chose free chips and dip. Yep, no chips in the bag, I did get the dip though. This location blows mymind Read more
3rd time ive been disappointed so its not a charm .was so excited about the Mexican Pizza return to the munu , but i wont be... going back . $25 for Mexican pizzas and their completely cold the cheeses isnt even melted not even remotely close to beingmelted. Not to mention the fact they don't want to give you your change, in fact I've been asked do you want your change back.Do you want to get paid by the hour?? I placed my order when I got to the window the lady had got the money from me she didn't have my change she was very rude about... it I told her to keep the change and then she had proceeded to tell me that I was done and I could leave when I was sittingthere waiting for my drinks and then top it off when I got home all my food was cold it was nasty it tastes like it's beensitting there all day there was a hair in my one I've been trying to call there since it's incident happened I am absolutelyappalled and disgusted and I will be going up there to complain and I still have the food and the receipt just approved to themhow it was/is. The food was good but the tacos were just thrown in the bag and when I pulled them out all of the toppings were everywhere. The... girls in the window were too busy watching a cop pull someone over to even pay attention to us. We will be back however becauseI love taco bell but this was not my best experience. Read more
