Tried to order a dozen tamales as per their electronic menu hanging above the counter, and was directed by the person working... there that they only sold tamales by 6 and they were located in the heated display behind me. What happens if you order theirtamale plate that comes with 3 tamales?? Do they open up a half dozen tamale package from the heater and put them in theStyrofoam container? I ordered the beef enchiladas plate, very little beef but loaded with cheese. The rice was dry and therefried beans tasted like burnt coffee. The steak tacos were just ok. Read more
When I first started going to this location, it was FANTASTIC. The food was fresh, the staff was nice but in the past few months... it has slowly gone down hill and now it's hit rock bottom. The food has obviously sitting out for hours. They usually make thetortillas fresh as you order it but today, they ran out of tortillas. It took about 5 minutes for someone to notice we were atthe counter today and it wasn't even a Laredo staff member, it was a 7/11 staff member and she had to search for him because hewas nowhere to be found. I was so excited when this place first arrived but it's become a huge disappointment every time wevisit now. Please management, do something about this. Get back to how you used to be. Read more
This location has potential but the staff needs to get it together. I?ve been to Laredo Tacos in the Rio Grande Valley of TX and... this location has a lot to learn! My fiancé and I have been here several times and our order has been messed up almost everytime. The staff needs to be better trained to understand and know the menu along with the prices of things. I recently ordered atwo taco plate and was charged for a street taco plate and when I brought it up at the register the manager seemed not to knowwhat I was even talking about. Also, they need to learn how to properly make the tortillas. Every time I?ve had them they havebeen too thick and need to be rolled out thinner. They don't even know their own menu. When i was cashing out the employee pointed at the meat pan and said whatever that is. ... They didn't know what came on a standard taco that is on the menu and tried to charge extra for guac when it clearly states thatits included. 4 employees behind the line. Not one knew what was going on. Read more

Walked in, looked at the food that was sitting in front of me behind the glass, it looked like 7 day old Mexican, turned around... and walked out. I think the food in the dumpster out back was fresher! Read more
