First of all I want to start off by saying I had completely given up on McDonald?s and because of the horrible service that I... have encountered in the past (not at this location). But my son being a teenager always wants McDonald?s so I gave in and cameto this location and I have to say that everyone here is always so pleasant and so nice and the food is always hot fresh andQuick! You can really tell a difference between corporate and franchise when it comes to little things like this! I have comehere numerous times now and every time I come everybody is happy friendly and the customer service is just completely differentthan most McDonald?s! I don?t know for sure but I?m assuming that this location is a franchise just because of the way theemployees act! Either way great job too everyone that works here because I will go out of my way to stop at this McDonald?sbecause of this reason! Got to stop there to get your Southern sweet tea! I really do like this particular restaurant! The staff is very friendly! I... have a hard time operating the kiosks and they are willing to wait on me! The restaurant is very clean! I forgot to take apicture of my meal but he is my desert LOL. I just love their fish fillet sandwich without cheese it is the best in the world! Iwish they would consider selling it in the retail stores I know I would buy it and I'm sure others would! I actually frequent this McDonalds and they haven't gotten an order of mine correct in a long time. Granted, there's usually... multiple orders and/or multiple customizations but if I'm paying these steadily increasing prices, then I don't understand whyhaving it made the way I want is such a pain for the staff to facilitate whatever it takes to deliver and make customerssatisfied when they leave?! There have been times that employees blatantly said 'ugh, your killing me.'to my boyfriend (plus 2passengers, all of which were putting in orders) all of which also left the drive through and went to another establishment! Get parked so it can make their times look better. They serve 20 nuggets without sauce. Slow down, stop parking cars to make... your numbers look good, and get your orders right. Read more
Frappe machine smoothie machine has been down a week straight now... first post was 8/10.... Been down ever since ... They... literally have you pull around the building and park in spots so their timer isn't timing them out so they can take 15 minutesto bring you a single frappe then they have things that are on the menu that they don't even have in store it's like Mark themoff so people aren't sitting in line for no reason they can see oh it's marked off and pull off pretty common Sense things for abusiness and then they just want some we know how to move a drive-through thing for Central Florida when again all they do ispull you forward and park you so the timer doesn't read right God forbid McDonald's knew it took 15 minutes to get a large mochafrappe at 9:00 at night when they're not busy is pretty pathetic...... Door Dash....... Uber Eats DONT DO IT! this McDonald's "DOES NOT CARE"! This location goes well out of their way not to work. I... have stood outside and have seen another customer wait for 1 Large Sprite and (2) Cheeseburgers. This customer stated he hadbeen waiting for +10 minutes. This individual came out twice to tell him to move to a few different parking spots. No SPRITE andno Cheeseburgers? I mean if you have time to come out twice to tell this customer to move? I really enjoyed eating at this McDonald's for quite a few reasons. First reason was that they were very quick and efficient.... The staff works so well together and their communication is great! The second reason is that the store is so clean and there area lot of dining areas inside and outside. The food is just as classic As It Ever Was for McDonald's. I still love their Big Macand fries! There is plenty of parking here and their drive-thru is very very quick! Read more
