Ordered online. Went to pickup at window.was told all pre-orders have to come inside to pickup. Advised they just received order... as I pulled up to window. I ordered 15 minutes before. I parked and went to quick pickup box nothing there. I waited abt aminute.then they started looking at me but still no help. Finally someone asked to help me and they went over to the drive thruland got my order from that counter. Just doesn't make any sense. I ordered ahead and went to window because I injured my leg andhaving trouble walking. Why even have handicap parking if you don't accommodate these people. A last chance effort to have a decent KFC experience failed. The original recipe is as good as ever, but this store is very... poorly managed. The tables were dirty; the trash cans were over flowing; and the floor was a mess. Glad I didn't go in therestroom. They were not short-handed. They had a full crew, including a manager who sat in an office in the corner of thekitchen. This store is a model of inefficiency. Read more
Stopped by to pick up something for my mother thru the drive thru which took about 15 minutes. I was 4-5 cars back. The girl at... the window with the hickey on her neck never even looked at me. Took my card, gave it back, handed me the food, I said thankyou, she handed me the drink, and turned away without a word.
