One of the first places opened after hurricane Ian, they were absolutely slammed but were efficient and did it with a smile on... their faces. Even accepted a catering order for the national guard while being as slammed as they were. Thank you all. Read more
Used to love eating here but the experience has fallen to yet another food chain that doesn't care about taking care of... customers. Sit and wait 15min for a sandwich with 2 other customers but 5 employees standing around talking.. used to get food 5min or less now not even worth the wait. 6 employees total 1 actually working good thing they aren't actually trying to out outa fire we would have everything burnt to the ground... This was one of the worst drive through customer service experience ever. It felt like I was a complete bother for just ordering... two subs. It took him 8 minutes to even acknowledge us at the drive through ordering box and there was NO other customers in theparking lot at all. The drive through employee taking orders obviously hates his job and management should take a look at who isrepresenting their business because this just lost a customer for good. And then taped to the window "tips are not required butthey are appreciated" haha is this real life? For 100% sure, I will not be back. Read more
This location USED to be good. Horriblee customer service by the drive through employee. Will not be back. $27 for 2 subs is WAY... to much while being treated poorly from start to finish and this was just a drive through experience.. He could not even lean alittle out of the window to hand me my drinks or food and had a very sluggish attitude the entire time like I was bothering himjust placing a order (not even asking for one thing extra of him) In this case makes you feel uncomfortable even eating the foodthat took 15 min to get to the window. This Firehouse location is consistently the BEST we've ever been to. We go at least twice a week. My fiancé and I both have to... be gluten free because of separate autoimmune disorders, and they go above and beyond to make sure nothing is contaminated, andwe've never gotten sick, which is a rare blessing. The food is always fresh and amazing. The people are the most polite andprofessional in town, I swear. They know us by name and even memorized my favorite sandwich. They're so understanding and kind.They are absolutely wonderful people and we have a great experience, every single time. We appreciate them so much! Read more
We had a salad and a Sub and they were delivered to our table. Nice service there
The staff is always very nice and the food was great, and the dining room is very clean. We visit at least once a week.
