Horrible. Usually they?re decent enough when I go there and only slightly mess up my orders each time(which is still bad... enough). But today they tried overcharging us for extra items we didn?t ask for and they gave us a cracked broken cup that wasleaking the whole car ride home. Seminole Blvd location is the best one I?ve ever been too around here I recommend them a lotmore. Read more
So frustrated with this location! They need to just say they close at 7pm (instead of 8)!!! I either get told "come earlier... because we already cleaned our grills...we're expected to clock out and leave at 8, even though it says we close at 8" or theyjust don't answer the phone nor greet you in the drive through after 7:30pm. I tried to call around 7:30, today, to let themknow to have some bacon made before they clean their grills because I'll be there in 10 minutes... but nobody answered. I camehere anyways with my fingers crossed....at 738, all the lights are on but nobody answered the drive-through... when I drovethrough, I saw a woman walking from the back holding a purse... and while I'm sitting here typing this review in the parkinglot...another woman came and locked the door. I just sat in the drive through window FOREVER.. mind you with NO response from anyone at window....a hold on we will be right... with you would be nice to know you are open at 3:50pm. we asked twice if they were there ....with no response the 3rd timeasking she told us to hold on she was rude... made us wait even LONGER we pull up to see what the wait was for no one was therethat would have caused a delay. Terrible service and food. On 7.8.22 9:30am Got 2 orders burnt hashbrowns 3 donuts with half white frosting melted off. The 2... sandwiches were fine. The egg bites were gross. When I asked they to please replace the window and on duty manager said that'show they all are and proceeded to grab my bag rudely out of my hand. Told me to have a great day in a condenending matter. Gaveme 3 more messy donuts. Why I love Starbucks instead. Who ever owns this dunkin needs to address the rude and unproductiveworkers. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience this morning with my order, the customer service was the worst I ever had in a very... long time with the lady at the Drive Thru. I got my mini stuffed bagel like I do every day; the bag and the small bag insidethe big bag came out so dirty, grease everywhere , like someone pick up from the floor, when I expressed my concerned with theemployee at the Drive Thru, she give me so much attitude and rudeness. I requested speaking to a manager about thisuncomfortable delivery, the lady starting yelling the manager's name to come to the window. The manager was very understandingbut the other employee was not having any remorse how customer need to be treat. Hope this location pay attention how customerservice can impact a buisness. 06/27/2022 I wanted to give another try to this location because it's close and it is on my wayto work, but ones Again this place disappointed me more and more. I am not one to usually leave bad comments or reviews unless I give the place many chances. I live very close to this Dunkin?... Donuts and was going there every day for Matcha latte iced. Then I stopped going because they never fill the cup all the way upand there would be so much ice that I could drink the whole large in one sip. So couple months later (this past two weeks) Idecide to try it again but instead ask for light ice, ask for no ice, ask for two larges just so I can make sure I can get thebeverage and size of my choice. I?ve always offered to pay extra or even just tip them even tho I always do anyway always doanyway (they didn?t even get it right after I tipped 4 bucks) I tried many attempts to just get the drink I wanted lol . Ifinally gave up and just went online and bought my own matcha so I can make the only kind of caffeinated morning drink I canhave . So yeah?. I?m sure all their drinks are wonderful but if your looking for matcha ?. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR MAKE IT AT HOMEbecause it?s takes an arm and a leg to get a good one here. Read more
