Chipotle is definitely one of my favorite go to spots, I love Mexican food. But I came in around 11 today about 15 to 20 minutes... after they opened and as I got my food I noticed it all must?ve been food from the previous day and I got my three tacos andonce I finally sat down to eat. I noticed my soft shell tacos were stale. The beans were kind of dry. The chicken wasn?t softand it all just tasted old. The flavor was still decent because of the seasoning and everything but the quality of the food wasvery low compared to the usual standards I have for this place and that really bugged me, because I really love chipotles tacos.Hopefully they can correct this and have a little more fresh food to give out. This was a terrible experience the gentleman wearing the TB Rays hat has no customer service, I came in and was told 10 minute... wait for steak, which I obliged with no issue and told them I would wait. I even had the woman working the register ask memultiple times what I was waiting for I assume she was manager. So I ended up waiting over 30 minutes only to learn they forgotabout me and I was waiting while the steak was done. And sat an extra 15 minutes. Won't be returning to thisestablishment. **update** Brought the food home and the steak was pretty much nothing but fat. Again go to another locationthis one is terrible. Read more
My family ordered from this location tonight. On the two burrito bowls we ordered we ordered sour cream and paid extra for guac.... There was no sour cream in either and the guacamole was black throughout with huge hard chunks of unripe yet still rottenavocado. And no it wasn?t because it sat too long. It was black throughout not just on the outer surface that touches the air.Tried to call but they only have an automated system. Read more
This used to be our favorite spot to eat but this is the second time we've ordered online, gone to the store and they say... they've never received our order. Even though we have the email, confirmation of payment, location, and order number. The staffare not being helpful and have an attitude about the situation instead of trying to help us solve the issue. They just say theydon't see the order and don't want to give us the food though it's been paid for. I understand the high volume of people andstress but its customer service and the unfriendliness is uncalled for. Read more

I used to love Chipotle and would eat here often, but the quality has declined drastically! They?ve reduced the portions for the... protein so I started paying for double meat. The last 2 orders I placed did not have double meat (despite that I paid for it)and this order also included a giant hunk of tendon/fat and a big tomato stem. Management needs to be aware that the qualityhere is terrible lately. Seriously. Read more
We ordered online however when we looked in the bowl there was barely anything in there. We went back and they added more to one... bowl (however it was still missing an ingredient) and none to another. They also took the chips we had ordered out of the bagand we had to ask for them back. When we talked to the manager about this issue he was extremely rude, as well as the staff, andsuggested what is pictured below was normal serving size. Another person had to go through the same issue that we did when wewere there and had to get his changed out as well. Extremely unprofessional and I certainly will never go back to this location.The general manager should seriously consider re-evaluating the manager?s position at this location. Read more
