Don't bother ordering carside because no one is going to bring it out to you. I LOVE Chili's but this location need some help.... I've ordered carside from this location a few times this past week or so and each time I've checked into my spot and then waitedfor more than 10-15 minutes and no one ever came out. I finally go into the store to find my food just sitting there going cold.I understand how busy it can get as I worked for Chili's many years ago, however no one likes cold food. Read more

First time at this location. The server that waited on me was great. Whoever was running expo does not do a good job. My fry's... were so old they were more wrinkled than a 99 year old person. We keep trying to give this location another chance and they continue to disappoint. It starts at the hostess stand every time... we walk in with no one to be found to help. One time we were on lunch break and the waitress forgot to put our order in. Secondtime we found hair in the food. The manager did assist in a professional manner. I will give credit where it?s due. Third timewe sat for 15 minutes before someone came up to us to take a drink order. That?s all while the table next to us let us know theyhave been waiting over 30 minutes for food.
