Came here on a long weekend and there was a long line with only two employees. Sandwiches were good as always.
I've tried to order online THREE times. Every time they "don't recieve the order" even when I show my confirmation number. Do... not recommend!!! I rather drive to Big Piney for a sandwich. Read more

Food Posioning + Slow Service Way too much sauce my sandwhich was falling apart and almost impossible to eat. My hands were... drenched in sauce so much that my sandwhich tasted awful. The peices leaked everywhere the bread did little to containit.. Both my friend and I got food poisoning as well. We feel awful right now. we are certain it was from this subway as wedidn't eat anything else the same today.. It also took about 30-40 minutes to get two subs and his was from the menu.. The guybehind us was very annoyed with his wait as well. while the worker was making my sandwhich a food peice fell off the sandwhicha few times and she spent a minute straight just poking it with the knife trying to get it back on. it was a very small peice. Ican live without that one small peice if it means I can eat 40 minutes earlier. While I do appreciate that sign they have upbecause I work in fast food myself and ppl take things out on low skilled workers, the service was extremely slow and I triedvery hard to be extra kind because she seemed grumpy and got nothing in return. She stayed grumpy and slow. Our bread was alsonot cooked properly. She was the manager I believe... While I don't think you should throw out missprepared food you definitelyshouldn't serve it to paying customers and charge them the same knowing it is not proper. If anything donate it or let theworkers use it for lunch since they get free lunch. This subway is located in a very grimey gas station, hoenstly thatshould've been our sign the leave, and I doubt the gas station cashier is related to subway but the cashier was also quitegrumpy. Arrived just before the 30 minute window that they are open. Waited 11.5 minutes while the employee sliced pickles. Which was... fine because I have respect for pickles. When the employee took my order I wanted a footlong ham. She had to talk to themanager. The Boss Lady came back and said I was a chicken and thats why I would be getting turkey. I accepted the turkey as Ineed to start eating healthier. Topped it off with lettuce tomatoes olives and pickles. The employee misplaced the fresh cutpickles and couldn?t find them. This was fine because I just got vinegar on top. Overall the turkey sandwich was good. Butthe looming after thought on where those pickles could be was bad. Read more
We got into town at 7:47 after dealing with the crazy traffic in Jackson. The lady and gentleman working were so amazing and... nice!! They close at 8pm and they served my family of 5 without complaints even though it went past 8. We got our subs to go, totake to hotel to eat. My family loved the picture hanging up as you order! We completely agreed with it! The lady was awesomeshe wrote on the bag for us which sub was which, making it easy for us once we got to the hotel! Very friendly staff! Thisfamily from Minnesota who has had a vacation from hell strolled into this Subway almost at closing and was treated with kindnessand smiles and waited on without being rushed! If we ever come back too this area again we would for sure eat here again! Thankyou for making a tough day just a little bit better!! Read more
Employees are always unreasonably rude and despite the fact that the job is making sandwiches, can't even manage to do a good... job at it. (Dubs) made sure that I will never come back here. I would rather drive to big piney. Read more
