Had a nice relaxing break enjoying my Mango Dragonfruit drink and Rice Crispy Treat at Starbucks.
I heard that management changed a couple months ago. At first, you could see those changes come through in a very positive way... but lately it?s back to the same lack of customer service that was before. Whether I order off a third party app or go directlythere, the staff seems so stressed that they don?t care if they?re rude to customers or if they get your order right. Today, Iordered via Postmates?the driver was kind enough to return to the store AFTER coming to deliver my order when we both realizedsomething was missing. He went back to get a coffee that was missing and told me the staff was extremely rude to him. He saidthey got upset that he even came back to let them know something was missing and he had proof since he took back the entireorder with him. He explained the person who attended him gave him the coffee with such attitude that the coffee spilled a bit asa result. He delivered my order, FULL, this time and I made sure to tip him extra for going through those lengths. However,Starbucks and employees?get it together. Stop being rude to people who are kind and simply asking for their order to be correct. Read more
I placed an order of a Cafe Latte for pickup and my drink was hot water and steamed milk with no coffee or espresso in it. I... also asked for cinnamon on top and that was not on the drink either. I could not drink my drink and had to throw it away. Iwould not recommend going to this location. Read more
We enjoyed an afternoon treat at Starbucks last Friday. My friend and I sat at an outside table with our coffee and lemon pound... cake with a lovely breeze blowing while we chatted and people-watched. Staff was friendly and accomodating and our coffee andsnack were delicious. Read more

Have had 3 bad experiences here and will not be returning. I place Mobile orders and still have to wait 10+ mins once I arrive.... The drinks were made incorrectly although printed correctly on the labels. Read more
