I ordered via their app. Since their menu is pretty simple, it was very easy and straightforward. I decided to pickup in person... after my order. The instructions in the app are very clear and when I arrived, my fries were finishing up. I only had to waitfor about 3-4 minutes at the pickup counter and I was on my way. I honestly don't understand how they're in business much less have so many locations. I paid $23 for a cheeseburger fries and... drink. Are you kidding me? Never again! The patties were smaller than McDonald's. I've had cheaper burgers way better than this.The fries were very good and the service excellent. Friendly staff. Read more
As with most places... Five guys is definitely suffering from shrinkflation. Smaller portions for a larger price! Ordered two... large orders of fries but the cups were literally less than half full... the condiments on the sandwich were minimal. Especiallythe onions and mushrooms - the premium condiments! Looks like this will be a place to take off the go to list during thiseconomy... huge price for minimal food where everyone was hungry for more when finished! Read more
