Known as the worst Chipotle in south Florida for a reason, I?ve never wasted more money on a delivery place. I love chipotle but... unfortunately this is the one closest to me, they seem to make an effort to mess up every order I?ve ever gotten. If I can give - star, I would do it. No team work. Manager has zero management skill. I just left the store after I spoke to the... manager who has no solution to present instead she told me all the store problem. This happened today at 9PM, 09/13/2022. This chipotle is a mess. This is the only chipotle I have ever been to that makes you pay extra for getting a side of tomatoes... or cheese. I have even asked my family members if they have ever payed for sides, and they were confused not at my question, butrather at the fact that they wouldn?t understand how they would charge me for the side. Also, the most recent time that I havegone to order a meal they were in the process of cooking chicken and rice. I waited till the the chicken was complete, but bythe time it came out I was still waiting for the rice. Then a lady went to take her order after waiting for the chicken, butinstead of being able to take her order the server hadn?t told her that there was no white rice either. She went insane aboutthe matter, and the server at her last resort decided to go to the to go serving area and take the white rice that had beenthere prepared for the past 25 minutes of me waiting there. I don?t know how else to emphasize this besides saying that thesepeople don?t care about there customers in store, and rather have the to go station prepared for the non existent onlinecustomers. Also I have been going to this place because it is the closest one to my house and have realized that I have neverseen a single employee that has lasted for than 3 months working there. No one was at the counter. I straight up waited for 20 minutes and had to like go behind the back to ask for someone to help.... And then the girl comes up to me and is like ?yea I don?t think we can do burritos right now.? Literally the worst experienceever. Please go to a different chipotle. Read more
There was no cheese or fresh fountain drinks just regular soda. Employees not Wearing a mask, and the ones that were had it on... their chin. Foods were mixed from them being messy and dropping it all over the place. Server was super cheap with the chickenportion. And very poor quality food????????! Seating was not the best since it?s all stools and no booths. I would think thefood , service , and place would be better due to the location. But everything was just horrible, disgusting dinner! I ordered the double meat bowl usually steak and barbacoa. I wanted cilantro but non was available. The cheese and lettuce was... there so I got those options. I also like the cardamom tea served at chipotle. I wish they have sugar free options but the teais tasty. Overall there are burrito and quesadilla options. Overall good Read more
Chipotle always taste good, some time the personal at the restaurant it's not the best in attention, but the food is fast and... good. Mexican good stile, it's getting market with vegetarian people with good food, but at the same time they have many beefoptions. Tacos are good, and the most popular could be the bowl. Employees are super rude. Especially Victoria. They close at 10pm and we got there at 9:30, they already had everything cleaned... up while there were 5 GROUP of customers coming after us too. And when we walked in we were "welcomed" with the eye-rollings,big sign and back against the wall not wanting to serve foods...We've been to a different location that was 10 minutes beforeclosing time due to working on an event and everyone there was nice!
