I got here just before closing - the open sign was like becon of hunger salvation - and Ms Teresa and crew totally loaded me... down. Apparently not many folks know they're now open until 10, and it was much to my benefit. I'll never sleep on the PineMountain KFC again. Read more
We waited for 10 minutes to be acknowledged and have my order taken even though there were several people working. The potatoes... in the bowl weren?t even mixed they were still powder! The chicken was old. They didn?t put cheese on it and didn?t even give usutensils to eat with. Very poor service. Read more
Me and my mom went to the kfc and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches combos meals for my dad and I then we go home to eat them We saw... that there frozen me and my dad go there to get a refund when they say that they cooked it fresh when it was clear that it wasfrozen we ask for a refund they say we have to have a receipt to get a refund so we show a picture of the receipt and they saythey need a physical copy we drive all the way home get the receipt go back in recording was soon as the manager see that wewere recording she completely changes her attitude and changes form being unhappy and angry to kind and joyful and then theyignore us for 5+ minutes then we finally get the refund we go home and then cops come and said that the kfc people called andsaid that we said the n word which we did not and had proof because we had been recording the whole time. In Conclusion don'tgo to this kfc if you want don't what to get the cops called on you for not reason Edit:After going back to the kfc to takepictures of the business licenses to make a heath complaint they call the cops to give us a trespass that says we can't go onthere land and all the licenses were expired. Honestly haven't ate at a KFC in years so I may be biased but I doubt it. I ate here because I was staying in town and there's... not that many places even opened on a Monday. I was told (after I ate my meal) that they don't change their grease near as oftenas they should. My belly can speak for that, I'm just glad I was close to a bathroom an hour later. Oh and you'll spend most ofthe time shooing flies while trying to eat. Plus they forgot my fries but maybe that was a blessing in disguise. Read more
We just had the most pleasant experience at a fast food restaurant, all thanks to Ms. Marita. She was the sweetest person and... ran the cleanest restaurant I've ever seen, dis I mention she did this all by herself?! She took every order, cooked every orderand served each one with a pleasant smile. What a peach! Read more
