This was my second time here. The food definitely surpassed our expectations and then some. Chef Anna is so talented, and I'm so... excited to see what else she will put on the menu. I cannot wait to see what else Chef Anna has in store and I am excited forour next visit. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get photos of the food as it looked so good I just had to dig in. But I was ableto get a photo of the espresso martini which was the perfect way to end my meal. I highly recommend the drinks as well, they areso flavorful and definitely worth the price. Read more

We were looking for a new place go eat in the area and came across the reviews for this place. The food here was absolutely... phenomenal! Absolutely love the idea of Indian and American food coming together in one place! Best part is it had a kids menutoo, so we didn't have to wait for a day for someone to watch my son! (I admittedly ate some of his chicken fingers too, andthey were really tasty!) For appetizer we had the halloumi, a fried cheese that was paired with a peach tamarind! For dinner Ihad to try the antelope steak and wow was it delicious! The antelope was rubbed with mushroom, and perfectly seared and cookedmedium, medium rare. The creamy polenta and grilled vegetables that came with it were phenomenal. Definitely a substantial mealthat does not hit the gut too hard as the meat is very lean, but very tasty! My wife had the seared ahi tuna, which had acoconut broth of sorts. I did not get a taste, but it was a very nice portion of tuna, and she said it was delicious! OverallI'm extremely pleased with this find! I did not get any alcohol this time around, but the beverage list had a lot of nicesounding cocktails and they even have some Remy Martin cognac on the desert menu! We will definitely be back to try other itemson the menu! Read more

My burger was good but with a good burger the side of fries matter. The fries my son and I were served with our burgers were... left over pieces at best. Over cooked and small scarps would best describe the fries. McDonald?s has better fries. Only alazy cook who doesn?t care about their customers would allow these fries to be served. I?ve taken my family here before but notanymore. Time to spend my hard earned money someplace else. Goodbye Hoot Owl. Read more

Excellent food and service! The Hoot Burger is cooked perfectly, we tried several different appetizers and dinners , not a... single one disappointed. The home made Blue Cheese is amazing. Boneless hot wings are the best I?ve had. The Expresso Martinisfrom the bar were perfect. Definitely coming back here . Read more

We love this place! The food is amazing. Judging by the building we didn't expect much, but how pleasantly surprised we were... to try the amazing food. After we ate we moved from the table to the bar where we chatted with the staff. We felt like familyimmediately. The bartender told us that her band would be playing the following weekend, so we returned for our second visit. This place will definitely be a regular spot for us. Read more

We ate here for the first time last night. The food was excellent. I didn't get a photo of the potato croquettes that we ordered... because we ate them too fast. We had the spicy blue crab spaghetti, the chicken curry, and the baby back ribs. It was busy whenwe arrived but we waited and it was well worth the wait. We met the owners who are very friendly people. The bartender Rosie wasvery good and friendly. This was definitely some of the best local foods we have had and it is really worth going there for ameal. You will not be disappointed with the food or the service. Highly recommended and we will certainly be back. Read more

This restaurant is a smallish place with an old tavern feel, serving a mix of American and Indian cuisine. Next time I'll have... to try the curry, but this time I got the friend chicken over collard greens and mashed potatoes. The chicken was verywell-made, with a nice crispy batter and juicy chicken. The collard greens were absolutely delicious and tasted almost like theywere caramelized. Finally we got funnel cake topped with pears for dessert (since pears were in season at the time), and it wasquite a creative dessert that was absolutely delicious. I definitely plan to go back here again, especially given how nice thestaff were, always checking up on us and telling us about the motivation behind their newer menu additions. Read more
